Squash again

So, in continuation from yesterday, there was more zucchini than 9×13 pans to bake casseroles in. I made these biscuits last year and they were really good, so this year I did a modified version that was very similar. The zucchini I had were so large that even though I only had half of one left to use when I got to this recipe, it made about triple the quantity I needed! I went kind of in between double and triple the size then, cutting back a bit on the other wet ingredients. They freeze very well and are great for breakfast with a poached egg, or with soup. Om nom nom.
