So pretty much I’ve got no food in the house, since I haven’t quite caught up after my travel. (Have got beer, though. Hit my summer beers badge on Untappd! Priorities.)
Anyway, I stopped at Rosie’s on the way home from work for some produce, and these golden cherry tomatoes called my name. I had to get them and cook them immediately!
I found this recipe a couple years ago and usually have to spend ages googling to find it again. It is easy to make and I’ve been able to adjust it to suit my palate. This time I did extra garlic, less olive oil, and added some oregano. Since I got a late start, I didn’t sit down to eat it till about 8:30.
By 8:45 or so I was practically licking my plate for the last scraps. There were no leftovers.
