Can’t think of something catchy, but this was good

The rest of that kale went into this awesome stew I made with garlic, chickpeas, dried red pepper, and homemade tomato sauce. It was so good. Would have even been vegan if I hadn’t topped it with a little parmesan.

For the leftovers I wanted to mix it up a little. Excuse the garbage image quality:


Poached eggs are the “put a bird on it” of my cooking. But who cares? It’s no less delicious for the repetition.
