El Azteca was intense. The vegetarian lunch special was a bean burrito, a cheese enchilada (with the Mexican cheese, not shredded cheddar, either) – both smothered in sauces – and Mexican rice with vegetables.
Wow. It was amazing. I think I only managed to finish it because 1. It was so good and 2. I was determined that this plate would not defeat me! It’s just sitting in my stomach like a brick now.
We all left there stuffed, and on the way back to work the only noise in the car was the soft sound of gaseous emissions from our mouths.
